When you buy from Bestami, you're entering a contract with BONMART LIMITED — the company behind the brand. These Terms set out how that works, in plain English.

When you purchase from bybestami.com, your contract is with BONMART LIMITED, the legal entity behind the Bestami brand.
2. Using our website
By accessing bybestami.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the site for any commercial purpose without our permission
- Reproduce, copy, or republish our content without consent
3. Products and pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to monitor differences
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the standard rate of 20%
- VAT is calculated and shown separately at checkout and on your order confirmation
- BONMART LIMITED's VAT registration number is GB 495 3935 41 — required on every invoice we issue
- We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices without prior notice
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us
4. Placing an order
When you place an order:
- You make an offer to purchase
- We send an order confirmation email — this confirms receipt only, not acceptance
- The contract is formed between you and BONMART LIMITED when we dispatch your order
- We may decline orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
Heads up: Card statements may show "BONMART LIMITED" rather than "Bestami". This is normal — Bestami is the brand, BONMART LIMITED is the legal entity processing your payment.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards via secure payment providers. Payment is taken at the point of order. We do not store your card details.
6. Delivery
- We currently deliver across the United Kingdom
- Delivery is fulfilled by Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfilment network
- Delivery times are estimates — typically 2–4 working days for standard UK delivery
- Delivery costs and any free delivery thresholds are confirmed at checkout

7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email us at hello@bybestami.com with your order number. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will refund the cost of the goods and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Conditions for cancellation
- Goods must be unused and in original packaging
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
8. Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at hello@bybestami.com. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you or your pet are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, contact us at hello@bybestami.com. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — no argument.
This guarantee is a Bestami brand promise and is in addition to your statutory rights.
10. Product safety
All Bestami products are independently certified. The Tofu Cat Litter is HACCP-certified to food-grade safety standards. However:
- Pets may have individual sensitivities — discontinue use if any reaction occurs
- If your pet has a specific health condition, consult your vet before introducing new products
- Products are intended for the species stated on the packaging
11. Intellectual property
All content on bybestami.com — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is owned by BONMART LIMITED or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.
The names "Bestami" and "Bonmart" are trademarks of BONMART LIMITED.
12. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by us breaking these Terms or being negligent. We do not exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any matter that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, business losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Marketing communications
By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or opting in, you consent to receive marketing emails from Bestami. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by emailing us.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
